🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchange within 7 days of purchase is allowed only for unworn, undamaged items with the original receipt.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging, with tags intact.

• Exchanges are only applicable for ready-made jewellery. Custom-made items are not exchangeable.

💎 Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces

• All custom-made jewellery, including specially designed or personalized items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• A non-refundable advance is required for custom orders.

🚫 Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will offer repair or replacement depending on the situation.
